How It Works

Times Our deliveries are carried out between the hours of 10am and 8pm. We will call you a couple of days prior to your scheduled delivery date and give you a 3-4 hour window of when you can expect the delivery. Santa will present your child with a gift and pose for photos with your children. Please have your camera and film ready. The Gift On the day of delivery, we will call you when we'll be within 10 minutes from your home. Please come outside and hand us your gifts without your child seeing them. Then Santa we will come in to your home and present your gift to your child. Delivery Promise Although we will make every effort to deliver your gift on the day you have requested, uncontrollable circumstances such as bad weather or dangerous road conditions may disrupt our deliveries. In such a case, we will call you to setup an alternative delivery date. However, there will be no refunds as the gifts will be delivered either way. Number of Gifts The standard price of delivery includes 2 children. There is a $5 charge for every child there after. Payment must be made while ordering online, NO EXCEPTIONS! No payment will be accepted on the day of delivery. Order Placement Orders must be placed no less then 3 days prior to chosen delivery date. An order is not valid until paid for in full. FREE Digital Photos If you would like, we will take high quality digital photographs and email you the files on the next day. There is no limit on these photos, but please keep it reasonable :) . |
